Clinical Evaluations
I provide clinical evaluations for individuals referred by organizations seeking insight into the psychological functioning of candidates for positions of responsibility. I conduct clinical evaluations for individuals with concerns regarding changes in neurocognitive functioning in order to gain a better understanding of their experiences. In this type of evaluation my goal is to collaborate with the individual and their family to recommend resources to enhance supportive decision-making.
Forensic Evaluations
I specialize in evaluations of capacity, financial capacity, and undue influence. These types of evaluations are informative in order to aid in determining an individual’s capacity to engage in decision-making for the range of activities of independent living.
I conduct evaluations with adults who are either self-referred or referred by an organization.

Insurance Health insurance plans usually do not provide benefits for occupational or forensic evaluations. Payment for those types of evaluations may be discussed during the complimentary consultation. Insurance may provide benefits for evaluations of neurocognitive functioning; for all other insurance plans besides Medicare, I will provide you with questions you should ask your plan to clarify your benefits.
